Sunset Services is committed to making our website usable by everyone, including visitors who navigate with assistive technology. We treat the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as our floor, not our ceiling — accessibility is a craft we tune every release.
What we've done
We design and build with accessibility from the first wireframe:
- Semantic HTML and ARIA labels for landmark navigation
- Full keyboard navigation across every page; visible focus indicators on every interactive element
- Screen reader testing on representative routes
- Color contrast ratios verified against the WCAG 2.2 AA standard in our Phase B.06 audit (zero AA violations, Lighthouse a11y = 100)
- Animated content respects your prefers-reduced-motion setting
- Form labels, error messages, and instructions tested with assistive technology
