How long does a typical patio take?
A 400–600 sq ft residential paver patio runs 5–8 days from break-ground to walkthrough.
What pavers do you use?
Unilock primarily; we're an Authorized Contractor. We can also work with Belgard or other premium lines on request.
What's the warranty?
5-year workmanship warranty on the install. Unilock's manufacturer warranty on the pavers themselves runs separately.
Do you handle permits?
Yes — DuPage County and the local municipality. Permits are usually included in the quote.
Can I see your previous work?
Yes — recent projects are featured below, and we'll arrange a drive-by of an installed patio in your neighborhood on request.
When can you start?
Spring builds typically book by late February; we'll confirm a start window inside the quote.
